TruFlame is locally and family owned and operated, serving a fourteen county radius. The drivers and technicians serve the areas around where they live, so are also your neighbor. Our employees are friendly and willing to serve all your propane needs.
A selection of programs are offered to meet our customer's needs including a Keep Full option and a Budget Payment Plan. We rent and install tanks from 120 gallons to 1000 gallons. In addition, we offer sales and installation of vent free heaters, gas fireplace logs, fireplaces, grills, and more. All of our drivers and servicement are trained, qualified, and certified. Our personnel can sell, install, repair and service almost all types of propane appliances.
We have two offices to conveniently serve you, our main office in Waynesboro, GA and one in Statesboro, GA. Each office has a showroom filled with propane accessories such as logs, heaters, grills, fryers, ovens, steamers, fireplaces, and more. Come visit us!
Why We Are Different
TruFlame is dedicated to providing fast, courteous service along with fair pricing. Because our drivers live within their delivery area, they can deliver gas orders within two days. Unlike the national propane companies, TruFlame does NOT charge HAZMAT or delivery fees. In addition, we do our best to respond to service needs within two to three days. Our customers are our priority!
In February, 2012, TruFlame started a unique tradition for the community. Each month, we display a seasonal themed tank in front of our Waynesboro office. The tanks painted are no longer usable for propane so this is a great way of recycling the tanks. Everyone in this office has been a part, from brainstorming ideas to the preparation, painting and setting it on display. Our own Shannon Braswell is the creative artist that paints the details on the tank. She displays her talents only after the tank is sanded to remove the rust, washed, dried, and covered with the background color. This is a process we all enjoy, especially after hearing from our community of the appreciation as well as the anticipation for each new tank to come.

These Values drive our decisions and guide the integration of our faith, families and work.
Giving is important! We believe in sharing our time, our knowledge and our resources with others.
Relationships are our priority - in our faith, our families, our friendships and our work.
We strive for excellence in all we do, and we recognize that it comes only through continuous learning and effort.
We believe that we should always do the right thing and we hold ourselves accountable to that.
We succeed as a Team. Personal ambition is important but each of us must be willing to sacrifice it for a Greater Good!
We want to be good stewards of all the resources entrusted to us. Ten percent of TruFlames's pre-tax net income goes to the Giving Fund, a giving fund established by TruFame for the purpose of giving to Christ-centered organizations.
Through the Giving Fund, we've been able to support local ministries as well as mission work in places like Central America and Africa. We hope to make a difference, not just here at home, but around the world.
And we don't just give our money. We also give our time. TruFlame team members are personally involved in many of the great causes we support financially. TruFlame employees serve in our communities, churches, schools and hospitals. And whenever one of our employees or a member of their immediate family goes on a mission trip, we pick up half the cost.
We're also involved with:
- Fellowship of Christian Athletes - The largest interdenominational, school-based, Christian sports organization in America
- One Mission Society (OMS) – Through OMS, we are supporting Steve and Pam Rehner from Wilmore, Kentucky serving the Latin American Countries and Silas and Rahab Waweru living in and serving East Africa.
- Bearden Ministries – John and Donna Bearden left Waynesboro, GA to join the mission field in the Dominican Republic in 2011.
